Delivery and Shipping Information
All orders are processed with 24 hours of being received. If quantities are in-stock, merchandise will ship the same day the order is processed. If an out-of-stock situation exists, all orders should be fulfilled as soon as possible and most likely within 10 business days. All shipments will go out UPS Ground and are shipped from St. Louis, Missouri. Overnight shipments can be requested by calling customer service at 1-800-888-3253. The cost of overnight shipment will be given once the level of required shipment is known.
Guarantee and Return Policy
All items have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-888-3253. Please call to receive a return authorization number [RA]. The RA# must be indicated on the outside of all returned packages in order for proper credit to be received.

For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when we forward it to the merchant.
