Guarantee and Return Policy

All items have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at 314-638-5300 or 1-800-888-3253.  Please call to receive a return authorization number [RA].  The RA# must be indicated on the outside of all returned packages in order for proper credit to be received.

All online orders are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when we forward it to the merchant.
