Employee Image
Apparel
MPG has evolved into
a leading distributor of employee image apparel and uniforms. As
the trend in promotional products moved into corporate casual apparel,
MPG seized the opportunity and became a leading distributor of most
of the well-known apparel lines such as Cutter & Buck, Ashworth,
Gear for Sports, Charles River and Dunbrooke. By leveraging our
expertise in this area, MPG entered the employee uniform market
in 2002. In 2006, MPG will achieve 50% of our sales in employee
uniforms. Our customer base extends from local governments, leading
regional companies to national accounts.
In 2005, MPG added
to our services with both in-house embroidery and alterations. We
have also utilized our company store technology by offering our
customers an e-commerce alternative. For a preview of our capabilities,

Also, in 2005 MPG purchased
Blustein's, a leading Midwest uniform distributor and retailer, which
focused on more industrial and maintenance applications. The acquisition
of Blustein's especially broadens MPG's access to certain product
lines such as Carhartt and Red Wing Shoes.
