Delivery and Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received.  If quantities are in-stock, merchandise will ship the same day the order is processed.  If an out-of-stock situation exists, all orders should be fulfilled as soon as possible and most likely within 10 business days.  All shipments will go out UPS Ground and are shipped from St. Louis, Missouri unless otherwise noted.  Overnight shipments can be requested by calling customer service at 1-800-888-3253 or 636-680-0238. The cost of overnight shipment will be given once the level of required shipment is known.

Bender, Inc. Delivery Policy -- Fenton Based
Please allow two weeks for delivery.

Note: Before checkout, the UPS shipping cost will be listed as the default, but after checkout, the shipping charge will be revised to $1.50 per order. 

Please specify the Bender, Inc. delivery location by indicating the proper 'Ship To' address.  All large bulk orders will be delivered to the respective Bender, Inc. receiving dock.  Individual orders will be delivered to the indicated building's reception area.

In certain situations, arrangements may be made for rush orders.  Please call customer service if you have a special delivery need.

 Guarantee and Return Policy
All items have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at 636-680-0238 or 1-800-888-3253.  Please call to receive a return authorization number [RA].  The RA# must be indicated on the outside of all returned packages in order for proper credit to be received.

Security
Since mpgstl.com went live in 2000, there has never been a confirmed case of fraud reported by our customers as a result of a credit card purchase made with MPG.  MPG uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders.  The SSL encrypts, or translates, your credit card number into a highly indecipherable code. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when we forward it to the merchant.  When you have finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site.  A warning window my pop up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.  Once you have entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area.
